Yep, it is has been really f%@king cold here in Motown, but we are staying warm and keeping busy. First off, The Glasspack's new cd "Dirty Women" just showed up here after a minor shipping mishap. The cds look great and sound even better. You can grab them now at the secure online store right here at www.smallstone.com if you so choose.\r\n\r\nThe Greenleaf band just turned in their new recording to us this week as well (I guess it has been a busy week). Anyway, it is the best Classic Rock Record that these ears have heard in decades. Right now the yet to be titled Greenleaf release is getting Mastered by Chris Gooseman, and the we will then wait patiently for Mr. Saputo to render some fine artwork for the cd. If all goes as planned, this release will be ready for the masses in June or July at the latest.\r\n\r\nThe new Hackman cd "The New Normal" will be heading off to the plant in a week or so, we are hoping to have them back in time for their perfomance at SXSW this year. Also on the SXSW note, Mark Dancey should have the Small Stone Poster Art wrapped up in a few days as well.\r\n\r\nLastly, The following bands will be hitting the studio in the next few months: Roadsaw, Puny Human, and Five Horse Johnson (FHJ will be heading in this Summer, if they are ready)... and after two years of chatter, Stu and his new band A Thousand Knives of Fire claim that their debut recording is finally complete... but of course, we have not had the priviledge of hearing any of it yet.
